AERTiCKET selects Amadeus as preferred technology partner to access NDC-sourced content and extends the partnership

Amadeus and AERTiCKET have reinforced their existing partnership with a new long-term agreement. Part of the multi-year deal sees the consolidator fully integrating several Amadeus solutions into its IT environment to drive its global expansion.

As part of this agreement, AERTiCKET, one of the largest airline ticket consolidators in the world with a database of more than 55 million fares available to travel agents, will leverage the benefits of the Amadeus Travel Platform to access NDC-sourced content. Amadeus has been a major driver of NDC since the technology standard’s inception and has heavily invested in developing enhanced retailing capabilities to enable this transition for the travel industry. Amadeus is live with NDC-sourced content in every region of the world and deeply committed to progressing NDC adoption.

In addition AERTiCKET will use a jointly developed solution based on Amadeus Search technology, which improves the ability to find competitive fares through Machine Learning and computations that take into account AERTiCKET’s commercial rules.
